Description: This Oscar-nominated movie discusses the arising of a teen as he gets informed about the disruptive socio-political period in Israel. Mizrahi regular Michal Bat-Adam convincingly performs the poverty-stricken mom who challenges in making her household make a living by cleaning clothes, though difficulty occurs when his oldest boy comes excited about a librarian although being inspired with the volatile symptom in the land. At occasions, the procedures look like a day-to-day TV soap opera, as apparent with the camerawork and the over-the-top activities. But the closing warrants the theme that it wants to discover. A warranted watching, if you can find one in your video shop.
