این شماره تلاشی است برای قرار گرفتن در خدمتِ «انقلاب شیر و خورشید»—واکاویِ نسبت میان میدان اجتماعی، رهبریِ شاهزاده رضا پهلوی و معماریِ نهادیِ آیندهٔ ایران. شاهزاده رضا پهلوی «امانت‌دار قدرت ملت» است؛ نقشی که بر سرمایهٔ نمادین، اجماع‌سازی و تسهیلِ گذار دموکراتیک استوار است. مقالات این شماره، از زاویه‌های مختلف، پیوند میان تجربهٔ تاریخی، مطالبات اجتماعی و امکان‌های نهادیِ پیشِ رو را بررسی می‌کنند.

از بازخوانیِ مفهوم «پادشاهی مشروطه» به‌عنوان بهترین گزینه برای دوران پس از گذار، تا تحلیلِ شعارهایی که به زبان جامعه بدل شده‌اند—از «با خون خود نوشته‌ام: جاوید شاه» تا «این آخرین نبرده، پهلوی برمی‌گرده»—این پرونده می‌کوشد نشان دهد چگونه نمادها، حافظهٔ جمعی و راهبرد سیاسی می‌توانند در لحظه‌های سرنوشت‌ساز به هم گره بخورند.

Only the Shah Can

This issue is an effort to serve the “Lion and Sun Revolution”—exploring the relationship between the social sphere, the leadership of Prince Reza Pahlavi, and the institutional architecture of Iran’s future. Prince Reza Pahlavi is the “Custodian of the Nation’s Power,” a role based on symbolic capital, consensus-building, and facilitating democratic transition. The articles in this issue examine, from multiple perspectives, the links between historical experience, social demands, and the institutional possibilities ahead.

From revisiting the concept of a “constitutional monarchy” as the best option for the post-transition era, to analyzing slogans that have become part of the public lexicon—from “I wrote it with my blood: Long live the Shah” to “This is the final battle—Pahlavi returns”—this dossier aims to show how symbols, collective memory, and political strategy can converge in decisive moments.

Ce numéro est un effort pour se mettre au service de la « Révolution du Lion et du Soleil »—explorant la relation entre le champ social, le leadership du prince Reza Pahlavi et l’architecture institutionnelle de l’avenir de l’Iran. Le prince Reza Pahlavi est le « Dépositaire du Pouvoir de la Nation », un rôle fondé sur le capital symbolique, la construction du consensus et la facilitation de la transition démocratique. Les articles de ce numéro examinent, sous différents angles, les liens entre expérience historique, demandes sociales et possibilités institutionnelles à venir.

Prinz Reza Pahlavi ist der „Bewahrer der Macht der Nation“, eine Rolle, die auf symbolischem Kapital, Konsensbildung und der Ermöglichung eines demokratischen Übergangs basiert. Die Artikel in dieser Ausgabe untersuchen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven die Verbindungen zwischen historischen Erfahrungen, gesellschaftlichen Forderungen und den institutionellen Möglichkeiten der Zukunft.
